Current volunteer opportunities
Recreation Committee
Committee
The Recreation Committee is dedicated to promoting active lifestyles and giving our neighbours lots of opportunities to come out and play. We are currently seeking a Recreation Chair to oversee programming and liaise with the Board of Directors on rec-related initiatives brought forward by community members. We also welcome new committee members.
Ramsay Sign
Project
Help plan and coordinate a placemaking sign in the community. The proposed spot is near the MacDonald Bridge – right at the northern entrance to the community,
Planning and Development
Committee
The Planning and Development Committee addresses planning, development, and traffic issues that affect the community. Our members come from all walks of life and we share a common goal: to uphold the values of inner-city living.
Communications
Committee
The Communications Committee keeps Ramsay residents informed about the RCA's events and initiatives, City of Calgary matters affecting Ramsay, and other local goings-on. Volunteers on this committee maintain this website and social media profiles, and contribute to the print newsletter.

Projects
Plan and deliver community events, such as Neighbour Day Parties. Volunteers are needed to help plan events and for day-of support.
